Decent B&B?

Two of my friends are coming down to North Shields to join us for our first charter. Can anyone recommend a decent (in price and rooms) B&B please?

Thanks Keith, they looked at that one, but too expensive at £68 a room! One snores so loud the walls shake, so they need a room each and Premier is too expensive!
