Hi all just wondering if any one is interested in going half's on 100 Devon peeler,s total £95 including postage so you will get 50 crab you get first pick for £47.00

You can get them cheaper in the local tackle shops mate. I got some from Moonfleet in Gateshead for 80p each which were ready to use.

Only really worth doing that in winter mate, you can get them for 50 pence each in summer if you know people with traps

Try and get yourself a few numbers mate off the people who supply the shops for 50 pence each. Theyll be happy to keep you some aside

Moonfleet has them for 80p, and check the likes of gumtree a seller usually puts them on there 50 for 30 quid or 100 for 60

I wouldnt be paying more than 60 pence absolute maximum in the summer

They were 50/ 60 pence last year

Maybe when the rivers start producing a few more the price will drop

If they were a quid all summer if i couldnt get them off a supplier id rather not fish mate, or just go on the rock edges and float fish or piers after dark and use rag and macky

we got some crabs from a tackle shop a few weeks ago wont say who the shop is but they are charging a quid a shot even for the smaller ones one time they would double up on the smaller ones but not now well not at this tackle shop anyway its a shame but we wont go there again and we are good spenders

tried them before mate,takes a while for them to be ready,,lost quite a few waiting for them to pop.
