Dunstanburgh ( high or low water?)

Was hoping some of you guys could give me some advice on fishing Dunstanburgh . I plan to have a spinning session up there /or around there
any advice would be great

Always found high water better, fished it many times, loads of coalie, the odd pollock and mackys...
