Was intending to get down to the end of Shields pier for 1st light - light spinning for mackeral.......BUT.......been sat on here all night \"chain-drinking\" (if there\'s such a phrase), the old John Smiths, so I\'m in no fit state to fish.....let alone drive down there...lol :o :P

Tone I\'m only 4 liters down fancy a lift mate. Our lass is gagging to get Hummer out.

Ell,
I couldn\'t trust meself with sharp poiny things at the minute m8 - God knows wher they\'s end up....lol...............
But, thanks anyway

Looking at the dawn that\'s now breaking..........wish I\'d saved some of them beers for when I got back from the pier.........lol

Never mind.......just got to own uip to being a liush........lol...hic...oops

Seems I keep hitting the \"u\" and the \"i\" keys at the same time........gotta get some bigger keys for when I\'ve had a few (well more than a \"few\") sherbets, I think.

Tony I can see you slowly slipping into \"webmaster mode\" LMAO, the suppin all night & seeing the crack of dawn is (although Janet will do :P ) and longing to fish is a sure sign of it ;)
I\'ll see u down there one early mornin owa ther Summer no doubt. (dawn, that is) :D

its a slippery slope! Its gone half one, I\'ve another couple of hours work before Ic an think about ducking out and ahve the joy of taking ahls the kids from the school to lakes for the week at 8am

And unless this global warming thing has really taken hold, I\'m pretty confident when I say that there are nee mackeral in windermere

another fishless week ahead!

Enjoy (or is it \"endure\"?) your week away, Mark.

Honest Mark, you\'ve got more chance of getting a macky out of Windermere than I have of getting one from Shields Pier, m8.....lol

\"another fishless week ahead!\" Nowt to it, m8 - you get used to it ;)

Lol Andy......seeing the new day dawn\'s nowt new for me - what IS though (and a bit worrying really), is the drinkin\' all through the night :o

Hope that if you do see me down there early one Summers morning, I\'m not huddled up asleep on a bench on the pier with a bottle in a brown paper bag.....lol
