easington open-out of bounds

alright chaps, just had a look at the bounderies for the comp and it has chourdon point (out of bounds), now does any one know if this is hawthorn point which is usually out of bounds anyway?

Chourdon point is further south i think about a mile or so ?

have looked and it seems to be hawthorn point which is definatly out from the cliff at the south end of the blast to the hive .
