Deans, In 16 years of the opens its never been this bad, the storm drains was the place to be for flounder apparently.....

In a round fish match (Newiggin), Open boundaries. 36 fished with a few going North in search of one of these elusive round fish.

....1 weighed in a codling of 1lb 10oz!

I blanked....Again!

...These sand eel shoals must be from Hartlepool to Beadnell and beyond still. 100miles of them!

Yeah, the gulls were diving on Blackhall beach, hoping to get out on the boat Thursday and see if the fish are about, a couple of miles out. Hopefully catch a few and see whats inside them.
