hi all does any 1 have a contact for the farmer for the above as iam wanting to camp there in june but have seen the post with all the mess that other people have left and dnt fancey driving there to find out you cant any more any help would be grate thanks

the farmer has had problems like this in the past, and still lets people camp, just give him a few quid and you should be ok.sorry i do not have his number but you will see him when you get there,

ill be up there bank holiday weekend mate camping for 2 days leave early friday come back sunday

the farmer comes round regular on hes quad he knows whos coming and going just give him a few quid for a days camping and take ya rubbish away if ya carnt carry it i suggest bag it and leave it next to the lil stone shed easier for collectors to pick up rather than leave the place a tip a very cheap site so lets not spoil it for others

last year was great we payed the farmer some extra for him to bring us some fire wood. must say he didnt let us down he filled his little truck for us we also burnt most of our rubbish what ever we didnt burn came home with us.

west tarbet is where we stayed because of the wind direction.

I was there last weekend ,you call him jim and charges 2 pound a night for each tent.he is sound bloke down to earth ,what it was it people were there last they burnt there tents in stead of packing them away and taking them home? Idiots !!! Because it was raining .
