well there was only going to be one winner and in the first half they did if with style with the big fellas showing skill and endeavour. Went off the boil in the second half with all the substitutes, at least Simpson got a bit of time to shine and think we have a star in the making with the big fella on the wing

Clinical until the game was won... Went off the boil as you said but Joe and Manu both played very well and defiantly offer an X factor that would do damage against even the big teams. Immense work rate by curry as well. I think we are in a good place for the WC.... Certainly compare to 2018!

Cips won't be anywhere near Alan. He isn't trusted and is too much of a maverick. No matter what his talent Eddie won't pick him.

They should be genuine contenders in japan. England are showing plenty of strength in depth though so it is looking canny....
