if its wet or windy and a sea on don't bother, can fish well if flat and dry for cod, wrasse, pollock, and coalies. davy.

Was up there a few weeks back, had a few codling out, biggest 5lb 4oz. Is ridiculously dangerous with any sort of sea. I was fishing from the highest rocks/cliffs at the back of the caravan park. The sea was rising, ebbing and flowing 15 meters and wasn't even any real kind of sea on. Even if there is no sea there's always the swell there in winter, make sure ur fishing high up if you do fish it. Somewhere like sea houses will prob fish better anyhow and holds the colour in the water a lot better.
