Whereabouts in the Isle of Whithorn are you stopping and what time will you be getting up there? I\'m off over Port Logan on Sunday so if you\'re up in time, I\'ll take you over, or you can follow me over.
Jonny there a site at Auchenlarie and Mossyard that let you pitch tents there both at the same place and you can fish there as well, they are between Gatehouse of Fleet and Creetown on the A75 or like Davy says and is probably where you want to be stay at Burrowhead
Me and a couple of mates stayed at Burrow head in a tent a few years back. pitche dthe tent and went for a couple of pints in the club. Woke the next morning to take a lash and found that we\'d pitched the tent precariously close to the edge of the cliffs. Needless to say we moved inland a little bit once the heads had cleared.
Another thing about Burrowhead Jonny is you can get any amount of mackerel off the front for bait. Cracking food in the Steam packet Inn in the Isle of Whithorn.
if your camping at whithorn
walk through the playpark just before yuo get to the white beacon camp in the field on the right
thats where we go
if you play on the swings jonny the young lasses come out

Ordnance Survey Landranger or Explorer maps are excellent Jonny, buy one when you get over there, like Davy says though you\'ll need a good AA type general road map as well.hope you\'s have a good\'un lads
