ferry steps

i think i have posted this on the wrong forum so i will repeat it here..what is it like at the ferry steps at h/pool?is the ground rough? can you fish it at any time of the tide?is there any parking nearby? thanks

not fished there in a long time as they where closed due to them crumbling away as i remember the ground is fairly clean ground and there is plenty of parking the road just behind them you can park your car and be on the steps in 10 seconds
