fished Panama 2casts lost the lot both times to weed. aload of lads just down from us seemed to have no probalem we moved up to Little Bay just in time to see a beautiful 7/8 lb cod come in I asked what bait he was using The lot came the reply, lug/rag/crab/ tipped with maccyWe had a few chucks nothing,west bay had a few nothing back to Brier Dean passed afew lads on the Boat House 2,3lb cod had a few more chucks moved to Little Bay tide almost in few more chucks a 12 thats ounces NOT lbs coalie to maccy strip Im gann to bed i have walked miles

A m8 of mine was out earlier round the panama too, he had one for a couple of lb, but said it was too weeded up for much else.

Aye thats reet,i fished old salts from 16:30 and had 3 in 3 chucks(best 4lb).Then as soon as the flood started,on came the weed!
