to me the sea has been up for far to long, it needs to calm right down for a week and then a nice little onshore breeze should bring the fish back, when they do, don't forget to let me know.

Had a couple out of the harbour tonight over low water. 6.5 lb and 2 lb. If thats any help. Both fish returned alive and well.

I,l second that Alan,too much feed with all these onshore winds.
I don,t think the water has been flat since Xmas...

was at lynemouth last neet on the right south beach right in the corner on top of dunes.. did'nt catch but was a good laff with me m8 n tent n hot hot food yum yum sea was big like but want to fish this new mark again wen sea dies off.

i think you could be right there alan-was fishing on tynemouth beach last nite conditions perfect but no fish-me pal had one about 2 pound full of sand eel
