Saw that rip, coming from the end, when looking from the top, will try and fish it in july. On the subject of "paths", you're right about climbing I didn't realise until I went up for the first time last june but I'll be better prepared next time. Had some good pollack at the yellow isle at Port Patrick, on the left side, and lost some better ones, must be some massive torpedos down there!

I think I've fished your mark John. Scramble is a good word...if it is the same mark, 'heart attack' is a way to describe the walk back up.

Cheers for the photos, whilst up there in june 08 a mate of mine got a Tope of around 20lbs while we were fishing for doggies, it was on the left hand side accross the field through the small gate and down to a comfortable area where you can fish 4 easily. I intend to target them when we go back up in july with a big mackerel bait on a big hook and a wire trace and try and avoid the doggies.
