David Cameron was being shown round the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, he'd seen the childrens wing, the orthopaedic and the maternity wings and lastly was shown around a new wing containing a few white gown wearing patients sitting upright in their beds.

as the visitors walk into the ward one of the patients shouts ..

" but seas between us broad have roared since days of long ago "

and then another shouts out..

"O, wad some power the giftie gie us to see oursels as others see us"

as they continue through the ward another patient shouts..

" some hae meat and canna eat,and some wad eat that want it "

getting rather annoyed at these weird outbursts, cameron asked the doctor..

" is this the f** psychiatric ward ?

"no sir" came the reply...

" its the serious Burns unit "..:red:
