Weekend is a losser, already planned to go to the toon match to sign for mr Ashley today after seeing the strong SE winds :( comp will only be on for Destroyers and submarines but Friday looks like it could be a very good day with only 3-6mph west then nw winds am until the NE winds come late afternoon

Last time i fished the wrecks off the pool most box netted :(

Yer it depends what the se swell is like when we clear the piers as to how far south we go, will give you a buzz where ever we stop anyway.

Fingers crossed for weather err, dotn want to be wasting a days hol if its unfishable like the weekend again
 
well off to bed now got codseeker coming with me tomorro so will see how we will get on report tomorro hopefully a good one

Aye good luck lads, I nearly had a holiday and asked if I could join one of you.

Looks a bit iffy for tomorrow and got an early k.o. for the match next week so I'll be getting withdrawal symptoms soon.

well i met up with big sean at the marina at around 7ish and set off out sea was spot on we headed to a few wreck 5-6 miles out things was a bit slow taking plenty whiting pain in the butt but they was fish anyway, hooked into a mackerel which they was scarce not that we tryed for them so that was filletted for bait ,and used on me hockeyes rig ,which produced this ling 7lb mark

well we tryed further afield with not much sucess hard work really but ya carnt win em all , as if someone sivved the sea of the fish lol ,any way there was a bit swell picking up so we decided better safe than sorry to call it a day and headed back in

great to see yous got out even though the forcast looks like going downhill congrats .......... ps great pic
 
ahh understand ..... just this crap weather is the mackerel chasing stuff I hate ....... :) fingers crossed they dont look up :)
 
We found very few shoals of mackerel today but when we found one it was massive..got a feeling they grouping together to start moving off.

Water was brown for over 4 miels off also
