Only the first three (four since it was a tie for third place) were recorded due to there being too many to count, cracking day out well done everyone , here`s just a few details and pics of the July 2005 Fun Comp

Strange one this ....... see the guys fishing from the fuel pontoon ................. and they were fishing LOL a charter party of whom one had dropped their keys
ps , smart fisherman with a pirk found them ... probably his personal best I would have thought

Equal Third Place with a cod of 6lb 10oz

Equal Third with again a cod of 6lb 10oz

Second Place with a Personal Best Cod of 9lb 7oz

And Congratulations with a brilliant Ling of 17lb exactly

Excellent day out, thoroughly enjoyable.

If it hadn\'t have been for getting that fish late on in the comp, I would\'ve blanked.......only fish I had all day......lol.

Here\'s a rundown of what was caught on \"Rose of Joyce\".......


John: 2x codling 1 1/2lb each, 1x coley around 2lb (returned)

Dale: 1x ling 3lb, 1x codling around 1lb, 1x coley around 2lb (returned)

Brad: 1x codling (returned)

Graham (Oblickta): 1x codling around 2lb, several scotchies (returned)

Ian: 1x codling around 3lb, 1x mackeral

Me: 1x cod 6lb 10oz



Note:
Ian\'s been out fishing on Shields pier with his mate again tonight from 9:00........ .........I went to bed knackered for a couple of hours.......Lol, I think age is catching up with me :exclam: :exclam:

Eek! Was that the one where I was on Rose of Joyce? Can't believe it was 5yrs ago! So it's 5yrs and about the same I've gained in weight since I was last on a boat!!!
