Lilliput corner children's nursery on Billy mill roundabout is haunted. old acquaintances who work there have all seen a small girl in a polka dot dress they didnt realise at first but when they had to do head counts of the bairns they kept getting the right amount of kids +1 by the time someone mentioned it to other staff the little girl would just stare at the staff and in a blink she was gone,guess who didn't volunteer to stay on the premises when the owners went on holiday lol
Freaky that like lol well hear goes
When me and Kelsey got together we could not afford to rent any local houses
So we moved to a freinds house in westcorn forth as the rent and council tax were only £400 a month .
We had been living there for aprox 3 months kelseys brother decided to stay a week in the back bedroom first night was fine second night came round and Scott heard some one making a cupa in the kitchen at 3am the next mourning me and Kelsey laughed and said don't be daft untill we walked in the kitchen full cup of tea on the bench
At first I thaught it was Scott messing on
So we went shopping Kelsey loved candles so she baught some little glass pots with candles in them and baught 2 big church candles
She put the pack of 3 glass ones at the foot of our bed on a windowsill
1 church candle at the top of the stairs and 1 in the bathroom
We stays up late and watched the ring quite scary
Off to bed we went then at 3am again Scott herd the kettle and a spoon in the cup and ran in to our room trembeling
And woke us up
Kelsey said go down stairs greg
so remembering the film id just watched I hesitantley aggreed got up put my slippers on and went to open the beed room door at this point there was an almighty bang I jumped back in the bed dived under the quilt and the 3 of us sat there all night shaking lol Next day we got up glass alover at the foot of the bed kelseys new candles had fallen off and smashed ok I said it must have been the wind
Then at the bottom of the stairs was 2 big church candles all smashed up
In the kitchen a nother cup of tea
I started to think it was Scott doing it so I said to Kelsey he will have to go home she aggreed over the next couple of weeks nothing happend we thaught that's it over
One night we got a pizza and ate it in bed we put the box on the floor and had the lamp on Kelsey used to insist on the lamp as she was still on edge once again we watched the ring
Wwe drifted off to sleep and as if by clock work 3am our bedroom door flew open smashing my glass behind the door
And as if by majik the pizza box rose up and flew across the room
Needles to say me and Kelsey dived under the bed we then Hurd foot steps big and heavy goin past the bed and stopping at the bottom we new no more when the quilt was Bering fisicaly pulled up in the air we were boath pulling it back our legs were kicking like mad then it let go and we decided to pop our heads out of the quilt then again the pizza box flew up and across the room
WE went to a spiritual church and he's what we got a message of kelseys grandfather who had passed away 2 years earlier saying move house !
However like I said the house was all we could afford so we had to stay
The spiritualist said when it does some thing talk to it ask it to nock once for yes twice for no
3 nights passed not a peep
On the 4th night 3am bag bang bang nocking on the door creek handle going down door flies open this time no heavy foot steps just heavy breathing and a tight feeling like some one was sitting on the bed sheets
Kelsey said talk to it
So with a frog in my throat I said are you alone nock once for yes twicee for no bang bang 2 nocks I said are you hear to hurt us bang one nock I said do you want us to leave bang one nock is kelseys grandfather hear bang one nock
Did you die hear bang bang2 nocks
Was it you making tea bang one nock
Was it you with the pizza box no answer
2 more questions no answer
Nothin'g else happens all night
Next day I went to the toilet and was having a number one
When out the corner of my eye I saw my razor fly across the bath room and land in the bath tub
I turned to run out still having a number one but at this point it was turning in to a number 2
I looked in the mirror where my razor was kept and there was on old man looking out the mirror at me by this time I had hah my number one all over the bathroom floor and number twoed in my trousers ran down stairs and straight out side it was a bought 8pm at night towards the end of summer our next door neibourgh was out side she was an old wooman late 80s I folder what had been happening she just started to laugh she said son you ain't the first person its happens to and you won't be the lastShe said you have done well to stay 6 mths moste move out after 3weeks
We packed our stuff up and moved out the same day
And lived with my mam and dad for a couple of months
I had never seen kelseys grandad he had died before I got with Kelsey
We called at her nannas and we were looking at some old pics when I saw the man I had seen in the mirror it was George her grandad
This year we went to s spiritualist who told us what had happens word for word
And said George was looking after us while it happens
And that he was sorry for scaring me in the bathroom he was just keeping it out
the house has since had 6bdifferent fammilies in it over the past 5 years and has stood emptey for 2 and on my kids lives this is a TRUE story

For this one it helps with understanding the situation if you have ever worked in a coal mine. I used to work at Boldon Colliery, many years ago, and there was an old district called the South East.
I was still an apprentice at the time when on this Monday morning I was told to go to with some electricians to repair a vibrator at the bottom of a big coal bunker. The vibrator was to stop the coal lumping together and to keep it flowing.
We arrived at the job and the electricians quickly found the fault and phoned to the surface for the spare parts that were required to repair it. One of the electricians was going to bring in the parts of a loco. I was despatched to wait for the loco arriving and was told to go to where the loco would arrive. I went to the appointed place and sat down and waited……….
This old district was very warm and being a tired (and overworked
) apprentice I soon nodded off.
I woke with a start and thought the loco had gone straight past and when I looked along the roadway I saw a person standing about 75yds away so I immediately followed thinking this was the electrician with the parts. It never occurred to me to shout rather than follow as the person was going in the wrong direction.
The person ahead of me turned up onto another roadway which went uphill for 300yds at an incline of 1:4. This roadway did not have any turn offs and no refuge holes to hide. When I got to the bottom of the roadway the person had completely disappeared. I walked a little way up then what I had seen finally hit me.
When I thought about it the person I saw had a lamp, just like everyone else, but was grey from head to toe as if covered by a grey dust.
I quickly backtracked and went back to the electricians as I was absolutely terrified. I didn’t dare tell them what had happened as I thought they would laugh at me and when they asked where the parts were I just said I was cold and had come back for a walk. As it happened the electrician brought the parts to where they were needed and so I didn’t have to go back there by myself.
I didn’t share the story very much until I started to hear stories of how this part of the mine was supposed to be haunted. One loco driver was driving his loco out of the South East one night when he saw a lamp in front of him. Most loco drivers would slow down and pick you up to save having to walk. So this driver slowed down and just as he approached the miner the man disappeared into a wall of coal and stone.
Not as good as West Cornforth but still vivid memories more than 35 years on.

Holy **** lol that has reminded me of my aunts house in the marden estate beside morrisons and Tynemouth swimming pool,I never saw anything but hell you knew you weren't welcome you always felt a heavy sensation on and around you thought nothing more of it as I was only 12 ...... then my cousin who was 5 at the time had mentioned about the man upstairs called Jack! ! He said he sometimes talked to him!!!!!! Me aunty moved not long after that when she had awoke one night to see a shadowy figure in the corner of her room watching her she shouted,put the light on and the figure was gone!!!!!!!!

If you look through the photos there are a lot of white smudges and lens flair on the pics. Some are obviously reflection but the one in the bedroom has nothing to reflect off yet there is still a white smudge in the bottom left corner. That's a bit weird.

jus thought id ad mine to this thread ,well belive me or not this happened to me on the chemical blast beach 30 year ago i was fortunate to have someone with me at the time[raf guy]we had a fire going on beach and fishing it was around 4 am,water was calm no wind nice night, i turned roundbehind me and this guy was standing not 8 feet away from me warming his hands on our fire i jumped and said loudly**** ME MATE YOU GAVE ME A SHOCK THERE,he never even replied to me just looked ,i said where did you come from hairs standing up on my neck he never replied just stood there looking at me we were facing him for a canny while not wanting to take my eyes off him incase he done summat dodgy ,when i turned to alan pretending to look at me rod and said under my breath a dont like the look of him mate,howd he sneak up on us, he said he was scaredand hes very dodgy the next breath i turned to keep eye on him [only took eyes off him for a ,few seconds]and he was gone totally gone,impossible to not see him go or still walking totaly impossible we were shocked scared il admit it and wasnt till we realised it was a moonlight night we were on the very thick crunchy shingle for around 60 yards easy when we left we noticed we were making a right racket on the gravel shingle for ages and it was to the waters edge,we knew we had had a paranormal encounter[ghost without doubt] i dont realy like discussing it but its easier to tell on here,if i told anyone the story i used to get the same feeling hairs on end uneasy awfull feeling even to this day,this was a bloke not very tall he had dark hair shortish dark cap and dark longish coat needed a shave dark stubble and im sure he had wellies on,laugh all yous like but i swear to anyone this was true and know without doubt what he was and alan[who went away with the raf ive only saw a few times over them 30 year] still doesnt like to bring it up and says it was a terrifying experience,atb plum ps [ive also saw one down hendon wall [behind tanks]years back but not as awfull as this one for another day]atb plum
