Someone was just saying at the comp there\'s been no ling caught, what\'s gan on??? I remember your article last year saying they were taking over from cod, maybe it\'s still a bit early.

no mackerel no ling, fresh mackerel =ling this time of year. Alan Skinner has had ling best 22lb, reported in the journal. But as you say not in any numbers, mind who has been able to really get offshore this month to have a real go. Head on the chopping block, if the forcast for this weekend is right. Crash bang wallop, loads of fish.
