can any one paste a map of grassy bank ,post it and show me were to fish

hi there, when do you plan on fishing that area? am not the best with words lol, but basically head to hebburn mariner boat club, follow the road along to sort of the end of the boats, just as the road goes uphill. and there you have the grass banks. if this isnt any help, i live 2mins away and if im in would happily take you along to the shot.
best fished on the flood, small tides
