I've got a complete GRX-S 13ft 5oz Multi that you can borrow until you get sorted if you want. My shoulders cattled so I can't get out for a good while.
Happened to me at chester-le-st once. I was watching a guy prawn fishing the big bend for salmon. Saw the float disapear and watched him lift into the fish. Pmsl as a 12" flattie broke the surface. Set up my gear a bit further downstream, feeder full of pellets for a barbel, and first cast the top section split like celery. Served me feckin rite I guess.
