great way to start the new year

fished the flood last night/early hours of this morning on a local mark, ended up with 4 codling and a whitey for just over 17lb biggest cod was 7lb and the second biggest was 6lb 3oz also kept another one 2lb 2oz put one back about 1.5lb along with the whitey. great nights fishing, baits used were lug worm and whites.

darkness being key I recon .

personally i don't think it matters weather its night or day unless your fishing in very shallow water and the waters not coloured imo

haha, too right!
There are 2 "deadmans" I know of and I bet neither of them are the same mark fished.
I think the lad has the right idea posting his catches and keeping the mark, dont care what anyone says with a catch like that if the mark was made public place would be crammed
