After some advice please, I'v got a brand new and un-used Greys Platinum Xs in its bag with registrstion card. I'm thinking of selling it.The cheapest shop price I've seen was £249.99 + PP. Would like to know what kind of money I could expect from a private sale and taking it to a dealer.

That's in theory - peeps want owt for nowt at the moment...stand your ground and only take what you think it's worth like Tony says £175 is a fair price for a brand spanker

A dealer IE shop will have your eyes out - best bet is private cash sale
