Groyne 28/01/11

Fished the Groyne from 6 till 1am. Started off using Rag, with afe knock, Im sure I lost sumthing decent when I was reeling in. I'll never know

Changed to Mackerel and on First Cast the Sinker must have hardly touched down when I pulled a Fish in, probs My BIGGEST EVER
Not sure what it is but if I can get the pic on sure sum1 will tell me. Was about bang on 35cm, mabye a touch smaller...Went straight back...

Thought I must of been onto a good thing with the Mackerel, but after a few good knocks nothing connected after that...but still happy with My Fish

Met 2 canny lads who were fishing next to Me who were probs even more Novice tha Me, who I told t get on here, and get an account sorted....
They Both pulled in little sticklebacks but were Happy wit that

Didnt loose a thing on the bottom m8, but had one BIG snap as I cast, guessing My line was tangled or summik...

Had just baited up with loads of Mackerel aswell

The Lead went for Miles on that one HAHA...

defo a whiting. A poult would have marks down it's side (sort of stripes)
