Thanks for all the good wishes chaps ( and Pottsy ......BTW, Pottsy - are the young-uns still fishing? - used to be a family event if I remember rightly).

Crikey - it doesn't feel like a year since I had me last birthday (must be an age thing, lol....older you get, quicker they come around).

Dunno how long I've been away from NESA to be honest - seems like for ever, lol. Been eventful - lol.....not necessarily "good" events....but eventful, all the same.

Hi Tony, one of the young'uns still fishes but the other one preaches that it is cruel ! He is more concerned about the bait to be honest! Watching me pulling legs and shells off crabs seems to have put him off:red:!

I have to say we didn't get out much last year but plan to put that right over the winter.
