Head Chefs or Catering Managers on the Board

Is there any Catering Managers or Head Chefs (or any Chefs ) that get on here or Do any of the regular contributors know anyone in the trade that they can coax into having a look in one day - I will explain at a later date if there is enough response - Thanks for any info

Idealy they would need to be geographically close (ish) to Newcastle - or be able to get to newcastle on a certain date
