Just got three mails here at work where the firewall had removed an attachment - file named \"SIXU.BMP.vbs\" no info on any AVS sites btu the double extension gives it away... depending on your settings it could appear as though a BMP image file has been sent to you.

Watch out for that one.

Finally found the filename - it\'s the \"ILOVEYOU\" aka loveletter etc virus that\'s been around a while... just didn\'t recognise the filename when i saw it...

The best advice is not to download anything unless you know EXACTLY what it is and where it\'s coming from. Don\'t download or run adware or automatic updates...

Don\'t open ANY emails with attachments of sny kind unless you know what they are and turn HTML email off.
