more helpful and information is the key to sucess, is\'nt it?

Hello Cecil nice to hear from you. If it\"s information and help you are after you have come to the right place. Where abouts do you usually fish.

Jim.

I\'m an ashington lad so usually the cresswell/newbiggin area
I do go further afield sometimes.
Had some cracking red cod at newton the other week when the sea
was up! of all things.

Hi Cecil and welcome to NESA.
I\'ve never been a fresh water angler, so I can\'t can\'t comment on that area.
What I DO know is that there\'s a wealth of experience and advice, on all matters sea angling, which is willingly given freely here.

Whether it be info on tackle, tactics, venue or whatever, there\'s always somebody on hand to offer advice.

Hope you enjoy your visits here, Cecil.

welcome cecil
as tony says every one will offer advice
some good some bad

depends on how much beer
or
vodka gets drunk
hahaha

thanks for the warm welcome everyone, Sless ..not too much into the
old vodka, more of a sloe gin type (it\'s the best winter warmer I know.)

microwave sloe gin for about 10secs before drinking it! lovely!

millions of sloes in the valley here so we make about a gallon every year
