Help on eye sizes

Just getting into whipping thinking about whipping a rod but how do I understand the eye sizes I'm after some fuji kwags, for a response not sure how to work the sizes out.

2 x size 10, 2 x size 12 and one each of the following: 16, 20, 25, 30
Tip ring can be either size 10 or 12 with 4.0mm tube.

Hi depends what rod you'll be re- whipping to the sizes you'll require also is the rod to be rung for multi or fixed spool etc
