Fished the ebb last night at hendon managed to land 1 sized cod.

good cod mate,
can some one please show me on a picture where to fish at Hendon and when is best.
I have drove down a few times but could not really see where to fish so a picture of a map showing where would be really appreciated.
as with the pier still shut I was going to try this Sunday morning if anyone fancy's a pop along and give me some points I will gladly give them a lift.
what baits is good at this time of year as I keep hearing crab and black lug. am going to get some blacks of web for Sunday, anywhere got any crab ?

I fish bays 1, 2 or 3 ( 1st bays you come to ) then right along towards the end, moonfleet has some crab mate

I take it when you say the bays this is the areas between then timber walls all the way along, what rigs is best for these areas?
I take it these have to be fish at high tide from behind the railings, can you fish out of back of car or is there no room.
when is high tide down there I will going down about 5am

Yes mate, between the wooden groynes. Its generally a high tide mark, but I have had fish at low tide fishing off the beach.
And yes mate you can fish from your car- park in the proper car park and not on the road that goes along the prom, jump down onto the road send out your bait the jump back up next to your car and put your rod on your tripod.
I tend to only use pulley rigs cod season.

Moonfleets frozen crab is 4.50 ish for 4 prepared ( delunged/shelled) crab.
