Fished 4hrs up till top,resulting in this 6lb2oz coddie caught amongst a few ytin,using fresh blacks n dirty squid fished well out into the tide..

Big tides are no good to much weed you've got to move north on bigger tides to get away from the weed.

The key is settled,coloured sea's,if it's like gin forget it,tides I like mid 5's but had thm on real big 6's or tiny 4's,if the red weed is about tho it can b really hard going n sometimes a waste of time...Hope this helps
