fished horden beach today. the beach is getting bad for the litter. i understand that the newspaper that the rag/lug comes in will biodegrade but the amount of baitpox plastic wrappers ammo mackerel bluey bags cans of pop/lager is unnaceptable. yes its a very busy beach of late with anglers but the amount of rubbish is really bad. with no macky bashers to blame this time of the year . i filled a couple of carrier bags (meant for fish sadly no keepers) full of wrappers etc and binned it when i got home. If anypne who frequents this mark is reading kindly remember to take ur litter home with you and help keep the beach clean. Rant over. :)

Just to wind you up ive got two bin liners full of rubbish am gonna empty allover mucky bay tomora after work!! Hahaha

God knows when al next be out work non stop al drop ya msg if am out sonetime, gonna work on my field casting more now sick of fishing

Havnt been down for a while now but Horden beach is for sure one of the cleaner ones, always has been.

At this time of the year I guess some blame has to be shouldered by us anglers?

I noticed the empty beer cans when I was down just dumped on the beach. Amazes me how they can be carried down full and left empty.
Mick.
