how do i change my password

just received my details to log onto the site again after forgetting the previous details . how do i change my password to something more memorable to me rather than numbers .cheers for the help in advance

Once you're logged in, top left under the nesa logo, there a link - 'User CP'

click that to go to the user control panel, there's a link to change passwords in there
