how do you mount monster shads?

Got some massive shads has anyone got any idea of the easiest way to mount them? Do you need 2 hooks in a pennel rig style? Any info greatfully accepted. Happy xmas everyone

How big ??? and is it for boat fishing or shore.

Put the hook though its mouth and bring it half way out its back match the hook to the size of the shad.
