theres not a rod built thats unbreakable, FACT. but must agree i've nevr broken a zzippy and happy to think i never will. the same cannot be said of some other rods i've used.

well basiclly i carnt afford £300-£400 or whatever they cost, on a rod like a zipplex ,but if i do come across that dosh from the lottery funding first rod wud be a zipplex and trade it in for me broomshank for a bit discount lol

do zzippies cost that much? think they cost about same as other rods ie century greys conoflex etc. i could never afford a new one either mate, used to buy mine 2nd hand off john r. that ment theyed never been bent enough to cause any damage and certainly hadnt seen much fish action.so they were like NEW! getting back on about price of rods i think diawas are the dearest but i would rather have a zzipie anyday apart from martins as it will be bent like a banana

well i luv my VFM Sport (from Reel Sports) its a centerary blank and i'm casting upto 120 meter when i practice, considering i haddnt cast with a multiplier till last thursday i'm well happy.
