Royal Copthorne tonight saw me haul in a 20lb builders bucket full of river water. This beats my previous best of a 7lb Marks and Spencers reusable carrier bag full of water caught two years ago. Good job I had 60lb shock leader on as we would never have hauled it up the wall without. Mind on the plus side it did test all my knots which held/tightened very well.
In addition I caught 2 flatties and enjoyed me hip flask of Grants and a couple of nice cigars
