That Arvor 280.............droooooooooooool. For me, wouldn't really have to be able to go out in bad weather, who wants to be out there fishing when it's really nasty just because you could in a cat, it's supposed to be fun not a chore. When you stand on the shoreline and look out to sea prior to a trip, if it looks iffy from there, it's always worse out there.

There's a new "quicksilver arvor 230" in the marina Arthur , when I stopped to look at it and seen the amount of fishing space compared to my jeanneau , I half wished I'd not taken the wife boat hunting with me

They want all the mod cons and comforts, even a bog, but then hardly ever come out fishing with us do they? I’m left to put the kettle on and make my own tea.

Cheetah is noosa based design,(see noosa web site and see deliveries) now predominately outboard powered. best length 7.9 long cabin, fit-out yourself, switcat is perhaps a little on the large size for berthing costs, but offers choice of drive. Have a look at leisurecat.au see the same type of hull offered, then look at Glacier bay catamarans (part 1) and see the sea keeping of these displacement boats. Lots for you to look at and if want to know what these boats compare, let me know as I have had, and do have, these craft here in the n.e.

Steve about one hundred and fifty grand will buy you a nice cat,was out on Thursday and there were quite a few boats out rolling all over ,not us,and a extra 3 hours fishing,the party could not believe the comfort,but every one to there own mate

Is it as the title of the post suggest "If You Could Afford It" a bottomless pot of cash, really large pockets. If so why buy,just do what our favourite celeb's do on TV, take a world tour and fish all the place we see them fishing at making us green with envy and sick with jealousy.
