Improving My Distance Casting

Does anybody on here know if there r any local casting schools or a experienced distance caster tht is willing 2 giv a few tips nd show a few techniques on casting:question: as i am very keen 2 improve my casting and distance because i dnt seem 2 b improving much lately nd its becoming a bit frustrating 4 me:(. Any help wud b much appreciated cheers.:)

hi, unfortunately our casting season is just about over,as casting on grass tends to be a wee bit muddy under foot this time of year. Perhaps we could arrange a demo day on a local beach in the Sunderland/Seaham area in the near future:) I,m sure it would gather some interest

Yeah great idea Will do u cast with multiplyers or fixed spools mate:question: coz its mainly casting with multiplyers that i want 2 improve on.:)
 
if you organise this on eg Roker beach some time eg a sunday afternoon, I will be glad to help...i can bring some rods/reels down from the house for people to try and might even get the missus knocking out some tea/coffee/hotdogs
 
my casting is crap and would be intrestested in something like this .would have to get the metty but so what.please keep me informed as to whats ganin on

you could try Tommy Kitson who is normally in the seaham club on sat mornings. Ive had a few lessons from him down the Hall beach and made big improvements to distances and techniques. You can get his number from sea angler magazine
 
Im still giving tuition in the South Durham / Cleveland area and like Will and Tommy I'm also on the Sea Anglers instructors list .
Pm me for details although as always at this time of year theres a bit of a waiting list .

wow now than offer that can,t be refused ,is it free parking down ,and easily accessed ?
 
There is a sea angler roadshow on at seaham this month on the 28th, prolly be some lads giving some free pointers down there on the day, they usually do.
