Is anyone giving it a go this weekend?

Try Magic Seaweed, if that doesn't work, lick your finger and stick it in the air :D. Looks flat for the weekend but pretty windy, but it could change by then...

Well i am out Fri and depending on if i can drag soeone out, Sat Sun and Monday also.

WNW going WSW for next couple of days with odd thunder shower....I think the drift will be quick due to the strenght of wind gusts but last time we did very well for cod at a fast drift so worth it.

Also hoping to get some mackerel as freezer down to less than 20 for biat now.

What time you going out id like to tag along if you dont mind ... got the boat the life jacket radio etc but need some knowledge just follow you out to the fishing grounds if its not a secret ha ha !!..... sick of being moored up in the rq ..... need to be on the high sea's cheers jay :D

Looking at the pressure charts suggests Sunday and Monday will be the better days. Wind from the west will drop by then and the sea should be flat if the chart models are right. It’s still too early to say with any confidence though.

I’m looking forwards to getting out, it will be the first chance in almost three weeks. And.... I'm down to my very last frozen mack', there's still a fillet or two of salmon as a last resort :)
