is it worth going to blyth pier?

I am thinking of going spinning at blyth pier in the next few days but is it worth it or is the water to discoloured with all the rain weve had lately?

The sea looked canny today,not sure off the water clarity though,good luck if you get out.

im going mon night to blyth pier gonna be a clear night calm seas less wind.. i go bait fishin then spinning in morning best of both worlds.

Looked at the pier today.
Huge brown slick of brackish water coming down the river and spreading well out to sea and around the pier

same down roker pier ya cud see either side of the tide line one was cacky brown colour other a shade different .
trees, houses ,the lot drifting out between the piers off all that rain and floods
