I think Sunderland have been unlucky this season on many occasions. Whilst I dont think they are far from where they should be in the table, relegation would have been harsh.
Newcastle have had their luck I think and despite all this walking out business and Pardew out...do Newcastle really deserve to be higher than 9th? Maybe 8th but surely the mags cant think they are better than the top 7 teams

Looking back it won't have been a bad season. 1 point from the first 8 games, followed by a cup final. Beating the mags twice and staying up. Happy days.
