well i had a bit lug left over from friday night and with me living literately a 2 minute walk from here i thought i'd have a walk down to use the rest of my worms. got down there for about 7:30pm was only 1 lad down there and set up not to far away from him, the lad came over for a chat said he had been there since 4 and had only caught a small whiting. so i wasnt getting my hopes up, anyways a few cast in and i landed this nice little 3lber...

unfortunately didnt get nothing after this not even a bite but cannit complain as i was back in the house for 9:45pm so was a canny 2 hours.

seems to be a few nice fish getting caught here lately

Nice fish,must be a few in river as i passed couple of lads packing up yesterday near the elephant on the Tyne with 2 cracking codling in in their bag.
