well, it was a great day out bad winds kept off and wasnt raining/snowing, we caught about 9 all together 6 cod and 3 whiting none bigger than 1lb
very very small but i guess nothing comes if you're in the house.

the man fishing next to us reckons he caught a 3lb dog fish what do you's think?

baits used: yellow tails, blow lug, rag, squid, mackeral

3lb would be a monster of a Woofer; British record is 4lb 15oz and like Smoothhound they are very difficult to guesstimate the weight of.

Well done on getting a few out, big improvement on your last session eh

They don't fight just curl up its a dead weight bringing them in 3lb is big I've had a double **** before and wasn't much heavier than that
