[King Ling]

Hi lads just a quick report, went out of sunderland about 12.30 with a calm looking sea(and it was),took the wife and kids out for a bit family fishing,headed out over hendon way while i set the rods up,jack hit straight into a cod of about 3lb with a shad on,

Things where looking promising(only had 1 rod out at this point),i couldent even tie my knots with excitment but things did not hit expectations,fished for a bit longer(with 4 rods out) with no fish so headed out to some wrecks(4 mile marker).
callum hit into a pouting,

and then a cod(biggest of the day),

then the wife got her first ever cod,

she is hooked now like the rest of us and caught it on my homemade perk so more special.

and finaly 1 for my self,

not the biggest but enjoyed the first one of the year,
all in all we had a great family day out and ive got 3 more tagons now(what am i going to say/ to the lads)???

Great report Ian , Beats carp fishing mate, it's nice to see the family catching fish as well as the dad , but i bet they can't drink as much lager as the missing crew

alright ian nice report been out today with sid went south ended up with 14 cod and 1 wrasse all keepers 3lb-5lb i only kept 3 the rest went back till the next time
