does any one use a jet ski to go fishing, if so which one is recommended

Me and a mate have been fishing off his jet ski, not very stable but managed few nice fish, bigger jet ski the better I would say for stability, if using gps and fish finder on a flat day u can cover good miles in no time at all

oooops, purpose built jey skis are used a lot in South Africa and it is amazing the size of fish they catch, all types of bill fish and big shark, suppose if the shark turns and comes at you, you can always out run it.

We had some nice fish that day also, lost a double figure cod on surface as didnt have much room to pull it on board, it is fun like, bet the north sea will b full of jet fisherman next year lol

For the price you would pay for a jetski suitable for fishing from, you could get a decent boat....

I do the kayak fishing as well but i thought about the ground I would be able to cover going from wreck to wreck

the idea behind it is what most of you said it will be used for fun, fishing, and fun and fishing

I understand what you are also saying about the cost but it won't be just for fishing so that would be away of trying to justifying it to the wife, hahaha

the otha week I seen a jet ski peg it out to sea and circle a tanker a few times, must have been a good few mile out like all in just a few minutes. was pretty impressive to be honest
