I think a N.E.S.A. cap or badge or something like that would be great to wear so anglers could identify each other when they cross paths... and could raise a bit money for charity or something.

That's not a bad idea, maybe a sew on cloth badge for my hat that keeps my baldy head warm. Trouble is no one would see it during the night as my headlamp would be over it. Maybe for a breast pocket then, I'd certainly go for it, proceedes to RNLI or something like that.

as far as I'm aware the only badges around still are the old ones, with the old nesa address on, billy might still have a few and titan might also have a few.

I'll have a look another into costs of new ones, last time I checked, ball park, because of the low run, embroidered badges are gonna be a couple of quid or thereabouts, not sure about vinyl tackle box stickers

If you look at the smock i am wearing in my avator it has a nesa badge sewn in. The smock was made by Titan and bought by Durham police for our boat competition. Looked very pro.
