Kayak Fishing

Ive sold all me shore gear, and Im now the proud owner of a prowler 4.5

It's a mixture of needing to be more active ( a lot more) and fancying a change.

So looking for info and advice please,? I have the yak and a ctug, that's about it so far!!

you will need a pfd , paddle and a vhf a wet suit if only going out in summer dry suit if yakking all year
get plenty practice in before going out fishing , making sure you can self rescue
great fun and iam sure all the shore lads will be jealous when you start pulling in the fish
loads of lads to go out fishing with in the north a lot post onthe above forum
perfect time to get ready for the summer

Ive got a vhf as well now, will look for a wetsuit "short and fat" size. lol

You won't regret buying your yak, it's the best thing I ever did. It's surprising how many fish you'll catch. Nice yak the prowler.
