Late Norway Skarnsundet shore fishing report

Been back 3 weeks from a fantastic weeks fishing in Norway Skarnsundet. Little bit cold at times (-18.5) but plenty of fish to keep us going when we were there. Average size fish a day was around the 8lb mark. Had some on off weather with loads of snow making it difficult at times to get to certain marks. I smashed my PB shore caught fish from 20lb to catching a 31lb 4oz halibut, taking line 4 times (what a fight). The last night there Geordie Charlton ended up with 4 doubles biggest being 15lb with a couple more nice fish to 12lb by log. Plenty fish with great company. Look forward to going back to Norway in the future at some point, What a trip!!! Photos attached

What a great report and photos! If only we had protected our shores eh? Hoping to go to Skarnsundet next year, but for boat fishing.
