Launching on Tyne/Tees

Hi folks, I have a 4.7m rib and am looking to launch on either river and get out for some fishing. Can you recommend a good launch site or two on the Tyne and the Tees please? Thanks

i only know the wear mate sunderland slipway i think its £80/£90 a year

Hi redfox.

The slipway at sunderland is an excellent launch with all tides access and no need for a 4x4.

Only thing is they do not do a day launch, its an annual fee of £95.

You can launch at south shields and you have to get a permit from the council.
