lazy person needs help

Ok i am lazy and cant be bothered to search web sites, so am after a hand lol.....can anyone please post the tides for thu,fr,sat,sun,mon and tues this week as am heading up scotland and need the tides for the west coasta round the mull..high and low tides needed please.
